What is the appropriate attire at Broadway Palm?
We suggest attire that is appropriate for an evening out to a nice dinner. Long pants and collared shirts are recommended for gentlemen. Jackets and ties are not required. T-shirts, tank tops, halter-tops, mesh attire, flip-flops, cut-off and gym shorts are not permissable.

What are the show times?
Matinees begin at 11:45 a.m. for lunch and the show begins at 1:15 p.m., Evenings begin at 6:00 p.m. for dinner and the show beings at 7:30 p.m., Sunday Twilights begin at 5:30 p.m. for dinner and the show begins at 7:00 p.m. For more details go to our box office link.

What credit cards do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

Are there any fees or service charges?
Yes, when tickets are purchased online there is a $3.00 per ticket service charge added to your order by the online ticketing company. This fee cannot be refunded if the order is canceled.

Can you hold reservations while I check with others to see if they want to join us? Seats can be held for 24 Hours with a Credit Card guarantee. We recommend that you make the reservation for the most people that may be in your party. You can always change the number two weeks prior to the performance date.

Can I pay by check for my reservations?
You can pay by check as long as it is received withinone weekof making your reservation.

Do you mail the tickets or do they need to be picked up at Will Call?
All non-subscription tickets will be held at the box office for Will Call, however you may request that your tickets be mailed to you. Subscription tickets are mailed.

How do I figure out the gratuity?
a $2.50 per person gratuity is suggested and a 15% gratuity on your 

Is photography or video taping allowed?
The photographing or video taping of a show is prohibited by law. You may take pictures before the show throughout the theater and at your tables to remember your special visit, but not during the performance. This includes cell phone photography and videos.

Do you have "Show Only" tickets?
Yes, we have 75 Show Only seats available. There are theatre-style seats in the rear of the theatre. The show only seats are all elevated. If you have show only seating, we recommend that you arrive 30 minutes prior to show time.

Where are the performers from?
The performers are selected from national auditions in New York City, Southeastern Theatre Conference, United Professional Theatre Association, Florida and Pennsylvania.

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations are accepted 48 hours in advance for a refund * and by noon the day of the performance for a raincheck. There are no refunds for cancellations after noon or at the box office the day of the performance. Cancellations must be made by 10:00 a.m. for matinee shows. Subscription tickets are non-refundable. *If you have ordered tickets online and cancel them, the service charge of $3.00 per ticket cannot be refunded.
